Creme fraiche is it ok to do this?
My mum put creme fraiche in our stroganoff and it had been open for about 5 days but it says consume in 3 days. It wasn't past the use by date and I had a look and the creme fraiche is not dodgy looking and doesnt smell bad. Is the consume within only a guideline that you can exceed?
