My mate tried puting windows 7 on my packard bell, it went wrong. how do i restore it to its original windows?

i have a Packard bell PC and my mate aid he could put windows 7 on it without paying (dodgy) he did it but it didn't work properly, now i cant get internet on it, sound, anything. it needs to be restored back to its original windows!
