OMG I CANT BELIEVE I AM THIS FAT- Can I lose 35 pounds in 3 months?

Yes, you can lose 35lbs, but please, PLEASE don't do a no-carb diet. No-carbs don't actually help you to lose weight as the shock of it causes your body to hang on to as much fat as possible! Try eating really healthily, get enough fibre and whole grains and cut down on salt which can cause fluid retention as your body tries to combat the salt increase. Eat vegetables and fruit as much as possible and try to cut down on bread (it's the only carb I would recommend cutting down on). Potatoes (not too many chips!) and pasta is a good source of carbs, just don't eat too much of them :) It is ok to have treats sometimes, of course, just not every day :) Exercise will help a lot too, so I think you're definitely on the right track for your goal! If you can't face going to the gym, just running for 20 minutes a day will help you lots, just don't go too far at once! (it took me ages to get over the first time I went running! haha) Also, don't worry if you put ON a bit of weight when you first start going running, it's just muscle which will help you look better when you lose some of the fat :D I hope I helped!
