Has anyone bought from the company gr8fires.co.uk?

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone had bought from this company? I have seen a fireplace I want to buy but a few alarm bells are ringing since the only independant review I could find online says the product never arrived, also they are incredibley cheap, on their own website every single review is 5 stars which seems a little dodgy and also they do not accept paypal, they accept sagepay and googlecheckout but im not sure how much buyer protection these things offer. any help is much appreciated
