Although you have dried it, but still there may be water traces in between the screen's layers and keypads. So, better to remove the battery and keep the mobile in sunlight for sometime. If possible remove the panel and circuit and clean it and then dry. ALSO, better to give it to the service centre. They can repair it. Possiblity of short-ciruit is very less. So it may get repaired.
