I need a good website software builder who is the best?

i need unlimited storage and be able to adjust picture sizes. with unlimited bandwidth my own domain. have a ecomerce for my store. there are webbuilders with this but they are around 10pound or more for hosting which is to expensive when there are hosts which charge around 3pound.
