I haven't really done gymnastics in several years. I've done a few things (occasional conditioning, kip-ups, round offs, front handsprings, v-sit (though the form isn't great), etc), but I haven't done a back handspring since I stopped. I was never very good at back tumbling, so I'm not sure if I should try to do one without a spotter. I can do it in my yard on the grass, but that isn't exactly a spring floor. Any ideas?
