Cats vs Hawks- umpire bias?

Being a Hawthorn supporter I am bias but I thought a few calls were pretty tough on us. I think that the Cats outplayed us for the first quarter. What I want to know is why the Selwood hit on Guerra off the ball went unnoticed?
