You should do your own homework. Homework is a practice of skills taught in class. If you are stuck then do the best you can on ones you can do and then talk to your teacher about the rest. Teachers appreciate open and honest communication from their students and their goal is that you learn the material. If you procrastinated, then learn from this experience and try not to do it in the future. Explain to your teacher that you are overwhelmed and take responsibility for you failures and hope they will help you. Most likely they will.
