I NEED HELP WITH THIS HOMEWORK PLEASE?

To me the assumption would be that people are putting th emphasis on drugs for peoples actions hen in fact they may have mental issues prior to taking the prescribed medication. This is almost like the third variable phenomenon where one variable is depression the second would be the drug and the third could be anything like environmental, social or mental factors that made them murder not he drug.
