Is the Flower Duet by L�o Delibes public domain?

Do I have the right to use the Flower Duet in a film? Is it public domain, or do I have to get rights for the recording of it I'm using despite it all? I don't have an orchestra to repeat the piece, I just have the Flower Duet from `Lakme.`
