My eyebrows are so dodgy!! Help me pleease!!?

A while ago I waxed the top and bottom of my eyebrows (i know, i know, NEVER wax the top but I didn't listen). Now they are a really dodgy shape, thick at the top and really thin further down. I have tried pencilling them in, and using eye shadow and brow shadow but then they just look really unnatural and like "HEY, ITS CRAZY EYEBROW LADY!!". Does anyone have any tips or tricks to make them look kinda normal again? Anything to make them grow faster? Look better? Please help me!!!???!!!
