Russian Spetsnaz hand-to-hand training?

The moves are what they're taught to do in the classes for demos. In actuality, they do very few flips and other things. The fighting style is Command Sambo if you want to learn it, but good luck finding an actual teacher in it. Plus, the spetsnaz have one the most, if not the most, brutal training regiment out of any other equivalent teams. Their skills come from literally fighting to the death during training.
