How to deal with this kind of girl?

Ok so Me and my four friend have a group "the fantastic five" anyway their this girl let's call her Lola and she kips following us all the time were a really tight group and we don't really talk to anyone else were friendly to others were just close and we have our own little table at lunch. Lola keeps following us it's been 2 months I thought it would stop but it clearly won't me and 2girls from the group really don't like her because she's been saying stuff about us the other two girls who are twins are super nice and don't see the bad in people. Lola copies everything they do and agrees with them on everything and is a complete follower and we keep hinting we don't want her there but she's not getting the message how do I make this stop it's really bothering me and I'm afraid it's gonna break up our group. The girl has a couple other friends but is treating them like dirt to be with our group
