Kinect troubleshooting this is message i recieved?

''speech recognition is not supported for your live language and locale'',Location Ireland Language Obviously English, I have went through set up of each several times im speaking loud and clear and im in a well lit up room all other functions are working great and the kinect sports pack working fine, all working except for voice recognition that is, voice works in the set up more when asked to read one two three four, but on main dash board after my id signed in it will not recognise any voice command no matter how loud i speak, Its picking up my body great and playing games is working just that one problem, any thoughts or advise would be appreciated, If worst comes to Worst I can bring it back as im still entitled to a replacement if it is a dodgy one but I really would rather just sort this out as other functions are working,
