Is it unusual that my 10 free psp games redemption code hasn't been working after the psn store came back up?

hi i got the 10 free games with the psp go and downloaded 2 of them before the psn store went down. now (the store is a bit dodgy in australia still as it only came up last night) when i try to type in my redemption code it says it is either incorect or out of date. (i double checked it wasn't out of date and the code was right with the right case) have you had this problem? what do you think i should do? can you use your code?
